Comfortable room, helpful staff, the shower was very good, and enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool facilities, which made our stay delightful especially after a long day exploring. plus, the location near the shopping mall offers great convenience for food and shopping.

The room was cozy and clean, and the staff were super friendly, especially at the restaurant! They were always there when you needed anything, which was awesome! Dinner was tasty, but the menu felt a bit limited for such a long stay. The checkout process could've been smoother.

It was just a proper fit for spending a night in Amritsar with good value for cost. The breakfast was quite disappointing. no one bothered to serve or inform about closing times. Avoid the morning meal and look for better options nearby.

Water temperature in the shower was less than desirable, and there was a noticeable need for a thorough cleaning of restaurant chairs and staff uniforms.

I had a fantastic time exploring Amritsar from this hotel, as it was conveniently close to the iconic Jallianwala Bagh, just about 2.5 km away, which made for a scenic and reflective stroll, and I could quickly access multiple dining options like Brother's Dhaba, only a few steps away, offering delicious local cuisine.

The location is great for shopping, though the

rooms felt a bit cramped for a couple. The nearby Nexus Mall offered a variety of dining options. Yet, we had issues with noise from other guests that disrupted our sleep.
